One of the most useless cures to smoking I’ve tried. Less effective to stop smoking than vaccine programs.

Vaccine programs to stop smoking

I tried these programs. Right after hypnosis. They did reduce the cravings for cigarettes, but only for a couple of days.

What I also tried were anti-smoking patches and pills. Got the same results pretty much.
